We conducted over 200 conversations in the Wilmersdorf neighborhood by mid-June 2024, with great support from students of social work at Alice Salomon University Berlin.
Thanks to the interested neighbors who have been answering our questions over the past 3 months, including online with almost 100 responses!

Now it's time to read, copy and evaluate.
In autumn, we will then present the results to the neighborhood, politicians and the administration. You can look forward to it!

After 2 years, we are once again conducting a neighborhood survey in the district until mid-June. With the aim of finding out the needs and concerns of residents and strengthening the sense of community, we will be out and about in Wilmersdorf on Tuesdays and Thursdays on our cargo bikes.
Equipped with coffee and tea, we cordially invite all interested parties to take part in the discussions and share their opinions. The survey is intended to help us better understand the diversity and dynamics of the district and use the results to improve the quality of life for all residents.

We would be delighted if many people took part in the survey and wanted to help shape the district on our cargo bikes.

If you are unable to take part in the survey in person, you can also take part in an online survey. This can be found for the duration of the survey at the following link: https://de.surveymonkey.com/r/HL3VDGX

Neighborhood walk “New Rights” in Wilmersdorf on March 15, 2024 from 4 pm.

Many people are appalled by the racist deportation plans of the New Right. The attempt to gain an increasing foothold in the center of society also includes the increased occupation of space by right-wing actors. As part of the “Action Weeks against Racism Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf”, we would like to draw attention to some of these places of the “New Right” in Wilmersdorf with this walk. Afterwards, there will be an opportunity to get to know local initiatives working against racism over food and drinks at the Haus der Nachbarschafft. Please register for the neighborhood walk by e-mail to: cw@berliner-register.de The starting point for the neighborhood walk will be announced after registration. You do not need to register for the introductory evening. Just come along and find out where commitment and activism against the right is possible.

Online survey on the use of Volkspark Wilmersdorf

In mid-April 2023, we conducted a small online survey on the use of Volkspark Wilmersdorf. 115 people took part and gave their assessment of their use of the park. These results will be incorporated into the district's pilot project to promote physical activity around Volkspark Wilmersdorf, in which Mobile Stadtteilarbeit Wilmersdorf is also involved. The 10 slides above show the results of the online survey.

Let's green Wilmersdorf right on our doorstep!

Take part in the tree slice competition! We support you with soil and plants. Tree grates are the areas of earth around street trees. With the right planting, they are valuable habitats for insects and therefore also for birds. We want to encourage you to promote these habitats and make our district more beautiful and greener. That's why we're giving you a small starter pack of soil, early bloomers and regional seeds. You can pick it up together with instructions on how to plant the right tree grates from March 15 at the Haus der Nachbarschafft. For the competition, please send us pictures of your tree slice with details of the location by June 15, 2023 to: mosta@nachbarschafft-ev.de or to 0157 855 15 214. We are very much looking forward to it and will remind you again in early summer ;-)
