We offer various counseling services for refugees, families, senior citizens and other people in need. All consultations are free of charge. In some cases, registration is necessary to avoid waiting times.

Café
Get advice during consultation hours on topics such as health, dealing with authorities and offices, attending daycare or school, domestic violence or addiction. The Kiezmütter and Kiezväter are aware of many topics and can refer you to appropriate help services or accompany you to them if necessary.

Mobile typing office: Help with applications
Mondays
from 12 to 2 p.m.
Multi-room
Once a week, the mobile typing pool comes to our house and offers help and support with applications, the preparation of official procedures and other written processes.
This includes, for example: reading and understanding forms and applications, filling out forms and applications (please bring the applications with you), reading out correspondence and understanding texts, writing letters, sorting papers, finding advice centers
Pension information and tax returns are not part of the service.
The mobile typing pool is a free service offered by agens. The staff are trained to help people with reading and writing difficulties.

Multi room
Get help with your computer and smartphone at Sai. We all know how frustrating it can be when you run into technical problems or just need advice and support with using these devices. This could be writing emails, missing computer basics, questions about uploading a picture or WhatsApp. Device repairs are not possible.

Single-parent families can come to us for advice, guidance and support from Julia Helmert. Julia is the counselor at the contact point for single parents in Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf and helps with difficult questions and daily challenges.
Her aim is to create a space where there is room for both difficult questions and everyday challenges.

Fridays
7 to 9 p.m.
Sewing room
In a safe space, you can use a solution-focused approach to open up issues that are bothering you and work on solutions. This includes, for example, professional or private problem situations, conflicts, dealing with break-ups and grief, self-esteem work or the search for new goals.
Due to the time limit, coaching is particularly suitable for small to medium-sized conflicts.
