Yoga for women, every Friday, from 6 to 7:15 p.m., in the hall

Vinyasa is a dynamic style of yoga that synchronizes breath and movement in a flowing sequence, often referred to as “moving meditation,” and combines asanas in dance-like sequences without a fixed order, allowing for creative, individual flows.

The focus is on the breath as an anchor to connect body and mind, promoting strength, flexibility, and mental clarity.

Just come by, Sophie is looking forward to seeing you.
