Sports afternoon of diversity on Friday, March 27
Exercise, fun, and a clear stance We'll work up a sweat and bring our energy to the court. Whether it's 11-meter penalty kicks against racism, joint boxing training for children and young people, or a calisthenics workshop—it's all about strength, exercise, and respect. Accompanied by music, snacks, and drinks, we'll create a space for people to meet and together send a message against racism and exclusion. Come by and join in! Yoga for women, every Friday, from 6 to 7:15 p.m., in the hall
Vinyasa is a dynamic style of yoga that synchronizes breath and movement in a flowing sequence, often referred to as “moving meditation,” and combines asanas in dance-like sequences without a fixed order, allowing for creative, individual flows. Women's breakfast with Mobile Neighborhood Work Wilmersdorf, March 5, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
