Fermentation allows us to preserve food for longer - an ideal process for preserving vegetables for the winter, for example.
The natural process of fermentation also produces fungal and bacterial cultures that make the food easier to digest and richer in vitamins.
Feel free to bring any vegetables you want to preserve. Information and registration by Josi.
